BUILD CONFIDENCE AND DESTROY FEAR

There are different types and levels of fear we carry with us. Fear is an emotion which does not exist in reality but it exists only in our mind. As we build ourselves, we tend to build confidence. We as a human being create a kind of life where we find purpose, dreams, and goals. While trying to achieve the dreams and goals, we also come up with the concept of fear and confidence. Fear of failing in achieve the goals and confidence while we are growing or we have achieved the goals.

Our life starts from being a child to the old man, we grew up, we make goals and achieve it. Our goals are sometimes a trap that we create by just what’s happening in the world. We want to lose weight just because my friend looks good in figure than me or I can say everyone is doing this then I also need to lose weight. But as a human being, we forget about living our life. Now if you lost some weight that you aimed for, you built your confidence but if you did not achieve your goal then what you get in the end is the fear that just exists in your mind. Fear of not getting a good figure then after sometimes you give up all these things and not even look at your weight which grows your fear more and more.

Many people have a fear of public speaking. They feel shy while talking on the stage or in front of a group of people. This has also happened to me when I used to give my presentation in front of my class. But when I talked again and again on the stage, my fear goes away. So this way, you can destroy your fear.
If you have any kind of fear, then to destroy that fear you need to repeat the situation again and again. Your mind will eventually train yourself and you will build your confidence in that.

Fear and confidence just exist in our mind. If you see someone talking on the stage, you just listen to that person for you it is just normal talk. But when you have to go on the stage and talk, you kind of have so many thoughts like what if I said something wrong? What will that person think of me? And so on the questions lists goes on. If we do not need the fear all we can do is stop imaging something which does not exist. If your fear grows to some higher level, then you need to put yourself in that situation and practice it again and again, you fear will eventually go away. Sometimes fear is good, it helps you grow and it also helps you to achieve the goals. So learn from every opportunity you get, you will eventually build your confidence.

While going for an interview, we hesitate to talk in the starting but they believe that we have worked hard to come to achieve this position turns that fear into confidence and everything becomes normal, we talk like the normal conversation is happening.

Some tips to destroy fear:

Put yourself into the situation that you fear the most and repeat the situation again and again until the fear goes away.
See your fear as it is normal.
Do not think too much while you are facing your fear.
Build yourself, you will achieve confidence.
