Aircrews Aviation is celebrating Maintenance Day

Today Aircrews Aviation is celebrating Maintenance Day
So, what is Maintenance & why it is important is an organisation and in our daily life?
Maintenance is a regular and routine action taken on equipment in order to prevent its breakdown.
Maintenance is essential for human beings too.
In order to be productive our brain needs rest, to be kept in proper condition and to be taken care off.
We also need “Change” to transform things in practice.
With so many of us working long hours to keep up with an ever-growing workload, and risking burnout just to keep up, the importance of rest is easily forgotten.
We avoid taking vacations and instead battle stress, illness, and the constant pressure to find time for all our commitments outside work.
But rest isn’t something to take lightly. It’s an essential part of doing your best work, being more productive at work, and is something most of us need to prioritize.
Rest isn’t about being lazy or avoiding work. It’s necessary for our health and for being at our best when we are working.
Rest has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, and lower blood pressure and cortisol levels. Vacation in particular has also been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, and increase lifespan. It also increases creativity and productivity at work.
At Aircrews Aviation we strive to live a healthy and positive life and we believe prioritizing rest and vacation time before you burn out is critical for doing your best work and living a healthy life.
