A Counselor's Appointment

डिप्रेशन ग्रस्त एक सज्जन जब 50+ के हुए थे...तो उनकी पत्नी ने एक काउंसलर का अपॉइंटमेंट लिया... और बताया कि इन सब के कारण मैं भी ठीक नही हूँ.*
अब उन्होनें काउंसलिंग शुरू की. 
फिर कुछ पर्सनल बातें भी पूछीं और सज्जन की पत्नी को बाहर बैठने को कहा.

When a Gentleman Mr Sajjan suffering from depression was 50+ ... 
his wife took a Counselor's Appointment ... and told that I am not well because of all this. *
Now he started counseling. Then Dr  asked some personal things and asked the Gentleman's wife to sit outside.

The gentleman went on speaking…
I am very much worried...
Tainted with worries… job pressure…
Children's education and job stress ...
Home loan ...
Car loan ...
Nothing feels like ...

बहुत परेशान हूँ... 
चिंताओं से दब गया हूँ... नौकरी का प्रेशर... 
बच्चों के एजूकेशन और जॉब की टेंशन... 
घर का लोन... 
कार का लोन... 
कुछ मन नही करता...

दुनियाँ तोप समझती है... पर मेरे पास कारतूस जितना भी सामान नही.

मैं डिप्रेशन में हूँ... 
कहते हुये पूरे जीवन की किताब खोल दी.
.
तब विद्वान काउंसलर ने कुछ सोचा और पूछा.... दसवीं (Class-10) में किस स्कूल में पढ़ते थे?
.
सज्जन ने उन्हे स्कूल का नाम बता दिया...
.
काउंसलर ने कहा आपको उस स्कूल में जाना होगा...
.
वहाँ से आपकी दसवीं क्लास के सारे रजिस्टर लेकर आना. 
.
सज्जन स्कूल गए... रजिस्टर लाये. काउंसलर ने कहा कि अपने साथियों के नाम लिखो और उन्हें ढूंढो और उनके वर्तमान हालचाल की जानकारी लाने की कोशिश करो. सारी जानकारी को डायरी में लिखना और एक माह बाद मिलना.

कुल 4 रजिस्टर... 
जिसमें 200 नाम थे... और महीना भर दिन रात घूमे... 
बमुश्किल अपने 120 सहपाठियों के बारे में जानकारी एकत्रित कर पाए.
.
आश्चर्य उसमें से 20% लोग मर चुके थे.
.
7% लड़कियाँ विधवा और 13 तलाकशुदा या सेपरेटेड थीं. 
15% नशेडी निकले जो बात करने के भी लायक़ नहीं थे. 
20% का पता ही नहीं चला कि अब वो कहाँ हैं. 
5% इतने ग़रीब निकले की पूछो मत... 
5% इतने अमीर निकले की पूछे नहीं.

कुछ केन्सर ग्रस्त, 6-7% लकवा, डायबिटीज़, अस्थमा या दिल के रोगी निकले, 3-4% का एक्सीडेंट्स में हाथ/पाँव या रीढ़ की हड्डी में चोट से बिस्तर पर थे
.
2 से 3% के बच्चे पागल... वेगाबॉण्ड... 
या निकम्मे निकले. 

1 जेल में था... 
और एक 50 की उम्र में सैटल हुआ था इसलिए अब शादी करना चाहता था...
.
1 अभी भी सैटल नहीं था पर दो तलाक़ के बावजूद तीसरी शादी की फ़िराक़ में था...
.
महीने भर में... 
दसवीं कक्षा के सारे रजिस्टर भाग्य की व्यथा ख़ुद सुना रहे थे...
.
काउंसलर ने पूछा कि अब बताओ डिप्रेशन कैसा है?
.
इन सज्जन को समझ आ गया कि उसे कोई बीमारी नहीं है... वो भूखा नहीं मर रहा, दिमाग एकदम सही है, कचहरी पुलिस-वकीलों से उसका पाला नही पड़ा... उसके बीवी-बच्चे बहुत अच्छे हैं, स्वस्थ हैं, वो भी स्वस्थ है. डाक्टर अस्पताल से पाला नहीं पड़ा.
.
उन्होंने रियलाइज किया कि दुनियाँ में वाक़ई बहुत दुख: हैं... और मैं बहुत सुखी और भाग्यशाली हूँ... 
.
दो बात तय हुईं आज कि... धीरूभाई अम्बानी बनें या न बनें न सही... और भूखा नहीं मरे... बीमार बिस्तर पर न गुजारें... जेल में दिन न गिनना पड़े तो इस सुंदर जीवन के लिए ऊपर वाले को धन्यवाद देना ही सर्वोत्तमः है.
