इसे बनाया जिलाधिकारी के अर्दलीय ने है ।ये वीडियो उस वक़्त बनाया गया जब बकरों का एक झुंड बीच सड़क जा रहा था ।तभी अचानक दोनो अधिकारी सड़क पर उतरे और जिलाधिकारी दिनेश कुमार सिंह ने चरवाहे से बकरे का नाम पूछा इस पर जवाब मिला कि बकरे का नाम राजा है ।इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने बकरे के छोटे सींग पकड़ कर कहा कि तुम्हारा नाम राजा और मैं जिले का राजा ।इसे सुन कर बकरे को गुस्सा आ गया इस पर बकरा उग्र गया तो जिलाधिकारी बचाव में भागते दिखे ।अब ये वीडियो तेजी से शेयर किया जा रहा है ।

The video was made when a herd of goats were going down the middle road. Suddenly both the officers came on the road and the District Magistrate Dinesh Kumar Singh asked the shepherd the name of the goat and it was answered that the goat's name is Raja.
On this, the District Magistrate, holding the small horn of the goat, said that your name is Raja and I am the king of the district.
