Be an Aviator not a Pilot
In literal terms both the words that is aviator and pilot have same meaning that is both people aviator and pilot are who can, drive a plane.
But here both have knowledge but one will lacks skill.
Let's see some more into it.
Now come to personified meaning , pilot is who can only drive a plane without any joy . He/She is doing this just as a part of their work not more than that . As a result of this they feel it as a burden and don't enjoy their work and hence they don't gain maximum skills .
Now being an aviator means you are enjoying the work you have been provided with and hence have more skills . An Aviator do all his/her work with all his heart.
Just take an example of two employees of same office at same position suppose they are abc and xyz here abc become tensed whenever some work is assigned to him and hence he complete his work somehow and lost his chance of gaining or learning some skills .
On the other hand xyz do all his work with his full heart . He become joyfull whenever some work is assigned as he thinks that a new work brings the opportunity to learn new things and gain more skills .
And as a result of these changed perceptions of two towards the work one (xyz ) will get promoted very soon while another one (abc) will remain at same place.
Hence I prefer to be an Aviator not a Pilot.

शाब्दिक शब्दों में, एविएटर और पायलट दोनों शब्द का एक ही अर्थ है कि दोनों लोग एविएटर और पायलट हैं जो विमान को चला सकते हैं।
लेकिन यहां दोनों के पास ज्ञान है, लेकिन एक में कौशल की कमी होगी।
चलो इसमें कुछ और देखते हैं।
अब व्यक्तिगत अर्थ पर आते हैं, पायलट वह है जो बिना किसी खुशी के केवल एक विमान चला सकता है। वह / वह अपने काम के हिस्से के रूप में ऐसा कर रहे हैं, इससे अधिक नहीं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप वे इसे एक बोझ के रूप में महसूस करते हैं और अपने काम का आनंद नहीं लेते हैं और इसलिए वे अधिकतम कौशल हासिल नहीं करते हैं।
अब एक एविएटर होने का मतलब है कि आप उस काम का आनंद ले रहे हैं जो आपको प्रदान किया गया है और इसलिए अधिक कौशल हैं। एक एविएटर अपने काम को पूरे मन से करता है।
बस उसी स्थिति में एक ही कार्यालय के दो कर्मचारियों का एक उदाहरण लें, मान लें कि वे एबीसी हैं और एक्सवाईज यहां एबीसी से नाराज हो जाते हैं जब भी कुछ काम उन्हें सौंपा जाता है और इसलिए वह किसी तरह अपना काम पूरा करते हैं और कुछ कौशल हासिल करने या सीखने का मौका खो देते हैं।
दूसरी तरफ xyz अपने सारे काम पूरे मन से करता है। वह जब भी कुछ काम सौंपा जाता है तो वह आनंदमय हो जाता है क्योंकि वह सोचता है कि एक नया काम नई चीजें सीखने और अधिक कौशल हासिल करने का अवसर लाता है।
और काम के प्रति दो की इन बदली धारणाओं के परिणामस्वरूप एक (xyz) को बहुत जल्द बढ़ावा मिलेगा जबकि एक अन्य (abc) उसी स्थान पर रहेगा।
इसलिए मैं एक पायलट नहीं एक एविएटर बनना पसंद करता हूं।
