We are publishing this list as a surprise for New Year. And for creativity purpose, so that all LinkedIn users can follow these inspiring personalities and find inspiration. In this list we tried to include all the motivational personalities who inspired people through their posts and actions throughout the year.

Who is a great public speaker, content writer, anchor and parenting coach. Those who are promoting menstrual hygiene and gender equality, spreading awareness about nature and society. Who helped people and spread awareness in the COVID-19 epidemic.
This list becomes more special because it is the result of our year-long research. This list has been compiled on the basis of simple enrollment. From the month of September, we started inviting nominations from users for this list via LinkedIn posts. We periodically publish LinkedIn profile rating lists under various categories like HR, anchoring, writing and editing soft skills etc. and also select profiles from those lists for the annual list.
