In which, citing his family situation, submitted a memorandum regarding providing a wife.

Kallu ji does not only want wife but he also has 4 conditions.

First- The wife should be thin.

The second one should be fair.

Third, his age should be between 30 to 40 years

Be efficient in work in the fourth house.

Now you too must have received Kallu ji's letter, now you are holding your head or laughing your stomach, only you know this.

Naib Tehsildar Harikishan Saini, while forwarding this letter of Kailash to Patwari, also ordered to present the investigation report in three days.

Patwari Babulal Gurjar also took Kailash Mahavar's memorandum seriously and sent a reply to Tehsildar.

Wrote that 'It is a humble request that a team should be constituted at the Gram Panchayat level in the said episode.

A joint team of Gram Panchayat Secretary, Patwari, Gram Panchayat Sarpanch should be formed in the said team. So that wife can be made available on time. The report is respectfully sent by Mr. 

दरअसल, गांव गांगदवाड़ी में 3 जून को राजस्‍थान सरकार की ओर से महंगाई राहत शिविर लगाया गया। 50 वर्षीय कैलाश महावर ने शिविर प्रभारी के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा,

जिसमें अपनी पारिवारिक परिस्थिति का हवाला देते हुए पत्‍नी उपलब्‍ध करवाने को लेकर ज्ञापन सौंपा।

कल्लू जी को केवल बीबी ही नहीं चाहिए बल्कि उनकी 4 शर्तें भी हैं।

पहली- पत्नी पतली होनी चाहिए ।

दूसरी गोरी होनी चाहिए।

तीसरी 30 से 40 साल के बीच उसकी उम्र होनी चाहिए

चौथी घर में काम में दक्ष हो।

अब तो आपको भी कल्लू जी का पत्र मिल गया होगा, अब आप अपना सर पकड़ रहे हैं या हंसी के अपना पेट, ये तो आप ही जानते हैं।

नायब तहसीलदार हरिकिशन सैनी ने कैलाश का यह पत्र पटवारी को फॉरवर्ड करते हुए तीन दिन में जांच रिपोर्ट पेश करने के आदेश भी दे डाले।

पटवारी बाबूलाल गुर्जर ने भी कैलाश महावर के ज्ञापन को गंभीरता से लिया और तहसीलदार को इसका जवाब भेजा।

लिखा कि 'नम्र निवेदन है कि उक्‍त प्रकरण में ग्राम पंचायत स्‍तर पर टीम का गठन किया जाए।

उक्‍त टीम में ग्राम पंचायत सचिव, पटवारी, ग्राम पंचायत सरपंच की संयुक्‍त टीम का गठन किया जाए। ताकि समय पर पत्‍नी उपलब्‍ध करवाई जा सके।
