Lord Ganesh Ji became the CEO of our Start-Up

I found myself wondering what it would be like if Lord Ganesh Ji became the CEO of our start-up.

At times, this thought made me serious, as I imagined how he would lead with love, equality, and without any bias or discrimination. But then, I couldn’t help but laugh at the idea of everyone trying to avoid bringing sweets—because if they did, they might not get a chance to taste them. After all, our divine CEO would likely enjoy them first!

As I reflected on this, I noted down a few thoughts on how Lord Ganesh Ji might run the workplace, aside from the divine aura he would surely bring:

1. Leading by example 

2. – Motivating the team by working just as hard as anyone else.

3. Embracing change 

4. – Teaching that change is the only constant in life and work.

5. Harmony 

6. – Encouraging everyone to live, work, and collaborate in complete sync with one another.

7. Patience and calm 

8. – Reminding the team to stay composed, as calmness leads to better decisions.

9. No discrimination, no bias 

10. – Treating everyone equally... though I can’t promise the same for anyone who brings sweets regularly!
