Manage Your Environment: Go First Class

Manage your environment: Go first class                                                                                                   -Debasmita Das

The first part of success is to have the mind set
on being driven towards it. It requires a great deal of time and effort to make the dream, a reality.  Environment shapes us, makes us think the way we do. Try to name just one habit or one mannerism you have that you did not pick up from other people. Relatively minor things, like the way we walk, cough, hold a cup; our preferences for music, literature, entertainment, clothing - all stem in a very large part from our environment.
Negativity is everywhere. Some negativity inducers, are well-meaning folks. But others are jealous people who, not moving ahead themselves, want you to stumble too. They feel inadequate themselves, so the want to make a mediocre person out of you.
Be extra careful. Study negativity inducers. Don't let them destroy your plans for success.
Here are a few simple "do's" to help make your social environment first class:
1) Do circulate in new groups. Restricting your social environment to the same small group produces boredom, dullness, dissatisfaction; equally important, remember that your success-building program requires that you become an expert in understanding people.
Make new friends, join new organizations, enlarge your social orbit. Then too, variety in people, like variety in anything else, adds spice to life and gives it a broader dimension. It's good mind food.
2) Do select friends who have views different from your own. In this modern age, the narrow individual hasn't much future. Responsibility and positions of importance gravitate to the person who is able to see both sides. Get to know people of different religious faiths. Associate with opposites. But just be sure they are persons with real potential.
3) Do select friends who stand above petty, unimportant things. Guard your psychological environment. Select friends who are interested in positive things, friends who really do want to see you succeed. Find friends who breathe encouragement into your plans and ideals. If you don't, if you select petty thinkers as your close friends, you'll gradually develop into a petty thinker yourself.
British Airways uses an intelligent ‘Know Me’ feature to provide personalized search results to customers. In this impressive big data case study, BA identified that their customer base largely consists of busy, time-pressed professionals who require fast, concise results. Therefore, ‘Know Me’ uses in-depth data analysis to provide relevant and targeted offers for their consideration. BA received a huge amount of positive feedback from clients who loved the fact that the company understood their travel needs. The airlines are using the enormous data available to them to make it a favourable business environment for them.
People who tell you 'it cannot be done' always are almost unsuccessful people, opinions of these people can be poison. Defend yourself against the influence of such people.

5 THINGS TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

5 THINGS TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

Are you feeling a need to transform your life? Do you want to take some steps to make a big change in your life? or I can say renew your life and see the new you. Then you are in the right place.

1. TAKE THE 21-DAY CHALLENGE

Want to inculcate a new habit, then take up the 21-day challenge. The 21-day challenge is a great start to adopt a habit in yourself. Choose those habits that you want to inculcate and keep track of it for 21 days. This challenge has been taken up by many people and they all were successful in it. It takes around 21-28 days to form a new habit.

2. EAT HEALTHY FOOD

Basically, this is about taking care of your body. Your body needs good food to act well. You must avoid junk food cause it worsens your digestion. Eat healthy food, follow some diet. Try on different food, to see how it works for your body. Eat vegetables and fruits in raw form, it will help you keep yourself active.

3. KEEP YOUR DESIRES STRONG

If you really want to change, then you must keep going, to achieve your goal. Watch inspiring stories that can relate to your goal, this way your desires will be more stronger or easily achieved. Keep yourself in a positive, disciplined and sincere environment. Stay away from everyone for sometimes and work upon yourself, say no to tv, phone or internet.

4. SELF-CARE

This is the first thing needs to be done. Self-care is very necessary as the creator gives us this life to work upon us. Because of the hectic work schedule, we tend to forget about ourselves. You can follow your hobbies. You can do some exercise or yoga or any physical activity. Have a good sleep for around 6-8 hours.

5. YOGA

Two years ago, I started doing yoga. Yoga literally has a huge impact on my life. Yoga is one of the things that transformed so many lives. Yoga keeps you relaxed and calm. You can handle every situation in your life through yoga. Yoga gives you a better sense of knowing yourself. You should give at least 30 mins to yoga. Yoga also solves health issues.

Creating a Balance between Work and Life

In today's scenario, there is a hoard of making more and more money. And in the race of making money people forget to create a balance between work and life. They forget how to live life. The only thought roaming in their mind is,  this amount is not enough I have to earn more.
Day by day they are becoming robots in hands of money and time. And no one is bothering about it because everyone is busy in their own life oops sorry not life busy on their work. Or we can say that everyone is busy in making their money

If you are not making an appropriate balance between your work and life then you will suffer from:

1.Anxiety
2.cardiovascular disease
3.Blood pressure issue
4.Blood sugar issue
5.Unable to make a new relationship
6.Worsening of the current relationship

And after knowing all these facts if you are not taking steps to stop all these things then consequences may prove fatal to us.

According to Forbes, there are so tips to maintain a balance between your work and life:

1. Let go of perfectionism
A lot of overachievers develop perfectionist tendencies at a young age when demands on their time are limited to school, hobbies and maybe an after-school job. It’s easier to maintain that perfectionist habit as a kid, but as you grow up, life gets more complicated.
2. Unplug
From telecommuting to programs that make work easier, technology has helped our lives in many ways. But it has also created expectations of constant accessibility. The work day never seems to end. “There are times when you should just shut your phone off and enjoy the moment,” says Robert Brooks
3. Exercise and meditate
Even when we’re busy, we make time for the crucial things in life. We eat. We go to the bathroom. We sleep. And yet one of our most crucial needs – exercise – is often the first thing to go when our calendars fill up. Exercise is an effective stress reducer.
4. Limit time-wasting activities and people
First, identify what’s most important in your life. This list will differ for everyone, so make sure it truly reflects your priorities, not someone else’s. Next, draw firm boundaries so you can devote quality time to these high-priority people and activities.
5. Change the structure of your life
Sometimes we fall into a rut and assume our habits are set in stone.
But we can't let this happen just to change the mood ar the surrounding you have to do something out of routine ar busy schedule.
6. Start small. Build from there.
If you’re trying to change a certain script in your life, start small and experience some success. Build from there,” says Brooks.

Like so there are other tips too to maintain the balance between your work and life , for example have some time for yourself, make your workspace work for you, dive into technology and have some fishes (benefits), do what you love ,be realistic , manage your time , take a break , go through  the holidays and have some fun to put off the burden or workload.
